3.Service Description

Based on customer needs, Longyuan Forwarding provided a DDP door-to-door logistics solution for the customer. Based on logistics timeliness and the customer's budget, during first-leg transportation, Longyuan Forwarding matched the corresponding vessel schedule and provided premium space for the customer. To reduce the risk of cargo detention, the Longyuan Forwarding team, with more than 10 years of customs clearance experience, checked at every level, guided compliant declaration, and ensured zero detention with clean documents. After the cargo arrived at port, Longyuan Forwarding's self-operated truck fleet in Los Angeles, familiar with the routes, promptly arranged container pickup and transfer, reducing transportation costs for the customer. In addition, in response to the customer's transition to a cross-border e-commerce model, Longyuan Forwarding leveraged the advantages of its self-operated overseas warehouse to provide value-added services connecting multiple e-commerce platforms, solving issues such as stocking, overflow of its own warehouse, and returned-item repair, ultimately improving customer satisfaction.
