The customer is a cross-border e-commerce company integrating design, research and development, and sales, mainly dealing in products such as lighting fixtures, computer desks and chairs, with an average monthly export volume of 400 TEU. Due to different product characteristics, the customer has different requirements for logistics timeliness and cost control.

2.Customer Requirements

Cost requirement: Need Matson and specially priced advantageous space;

Last-mile delivery: Timely delivery to Amazon warehouses.

3.Service Description

Based on product characteristics and the customer's budget, Longyuan Forwarding provided the customer with a DDP door-to-door logistics solution. Given that the customer has its own overseas warehouse but provides a large number of Amazon FBM services, and in response to the timeliness requirements for lighting products, Longyuan Forwarding provided the customer with express vessel services such as Matson and CMA EXX to ensure timely warehouse delivery. For large furniture products, ordinary vessel services were provided. Since these products need to be de-stuffed, palletized, and delivered after arriving at the designated overseas warehouse, there are high requirements for the logistics service provider's connection with overseas trucking fleets and the timeliness of delivery to Amazon warehouses. Leveraging the advantage of its self-operated truck fleet with rich industry experience, Longyuan Forwarding planned optimal routes for the customer and delivered the cargo to the Amazon warehouse in the shortest possible time.
