The customer is a leading domestic energy storage cabinet enterprise and entrusted Longyuan Forwarding to transport lithium battery energy storage cabinets. Such cargo has a low safety factor and is classified as dangerous goods, and must be declared and transported strictly in accordance with UN3536.To ensure delivery timeliness and reduce costs, we arranged CMA EXX express vessels and SOC containers to transport the cargo.

3.Service Description

After accepting the entrustment, Longyuan Forwarding immediately communicated with the client company's professionals, collected the cabinet design drawings, MSDS report, fire protection system component descriptions and test reports; communicated with various shipping lines in advance to confirm vessel schedules, reminded the customer to affix dangerous goods labels, considered possible emergencies, and made thorough contingency plans. After the cargo arrived at port, the U.S. team operated in a standardized manner, coordinated resources, and checked links such as hoisting, lashing and reinforcement; according to the road weight limits of the delivery cities, arranged overweight cargo trailers for SOC containers, and applied for PERMITs for overweight cargo on the road, finally delivering the cargo safely to the designated location.
