The customer is a listed company and entrusted Longyuan Forwarding's professional team to handle the operation when supplying new energy battery equipment products to Tesla. As the customer has high requirements for timeliness and transportation safety, we chose CMA EXX express vessels and used flat racks to secure the equipment.

2.Customer Requirements

Operation requirement: Ensure the safety of cargo hoisting and lashing;

Transit time requirement: Schedule pickup within 24 hours after arrival at port.

3.Service Description

After reaching cooperation, based on the shipping list provided by the customer, the Longyuan Forwarding team planned in advance to use flat rack transportation, confirmed dimensions and crane weight limits at various ports with the shipping line in advance, and conducted container allocation calculations; arranged the site, equipment, and lashing materials, and prepared the cargo consolidation, container adjustment, and loading plan. During on-site loading, in the hoisting stage, cranes were used to ensure cargo safety and accurate placement points; in the lashing and reinforcement stage, professional technicians were assigned to use lashing materials to ensure safety and firmness. The customs clearance team did pre-clearance work to ensure zero detention and applied for U.S. trucking PERMITs in advance; after arrival at port, the self-operated truck fleet promptly arranged pickup, ultimately completing contract fulfillment and delivery.
